Shipping
All shipping is provided using Australia Post and is calculated automatically based on your selected items size and weight. The final size and weight of your order will determine the type of postal choices available. Estimated delivery times are shown on the shipping page within the shopping cart checkout.
Free ShippingFor orders that total greater than $150 and are to be delivered to an Australian postal address then an additional free shipping option is available. If this free shipping option is selected you will not be charged for shipping and your items will be sent via Australia Post but the free shipping option must be selected during checkout.
Returns
If you receive your ordered item and it is found faulty or incorrect please contact
sales@helenkuster.com to arrange the return of the item and suitable refund.
